Clas Family Professional Dog Services Paul Clas Jr * Joannie Clas * Rebecca Clas 11035 Old Frederick Rd Thurmont, Maryland 21788 301-898-8120 Contract These terms outline the responsibilities of both the handler and the client. Please read carefully and review the rate sheet before signing. Once entries have closed for a show, the client is obligated to pay the fees for that day even if he or she pulls the dog from the show. The only exceptions to this are severe weather conditions, cancelled shows, no competition, and handler absence. The client agrees to have his or her dog(s) updated on all shots including rabies. There are many risks involved with showing dogs including airborne illness, dog fights and poor show ground conditions which we will not be liable for. We will maintain your dogs with extreme care. In the event of an injury or illness, we will seek medical attention immediately. The client is responsible for all vet bills in these matters unless the problem is due to handler negligence. Dogs that die while in our custody must be autopsied, at the owners expense, to clarify the reason for the death. We carry care custody control insurance for dogs in our care. Accounts 4 months past due will receive a penalty of 10% per month. Accounts 6 months past due will be sent to a collection agency. Accounts must be paid in full before a dog is released. Clients must either provide a credit card number or use an entry service for us to process entries. We charge $5 per entry to process entries through our bank account. All handling services will be provided by our team (Paul Clas, Rebecca Clas and Joannie Clas). If there is a conflict, we will use the services of another professional handler if possible.
